Speculations in the Archives

Workshops
UnionDocs, 2015-2018

Between 2014 and 2019,  I initiated and organized a series of seminars with, and for, media artists (including the groundbreaking popular course “The Podcast School”, and the interdisciplinary program “Speculations in the Archives”). Moving away from the traditional model of transferring knowledge, I conceived each workshop as a theme-based curriculum with lectures by  practitioners, and work-in-progress presentations by “students”. My primary goal was to offer intimate spaces that foster non-disciplinary conversations about art in the making while providing educational and artistic development resources for artists at all stages of their careers.
